Etzira Consulting (“Etzira”) is a consulting practice based in Nashville, Tennessee, operating remote-first. This page explains, in plain language, what information the Etzira team collects through this site, why, where it goes, and how to get it corrected or removed. No legal theater — just what actually happens.
What Etzira collects
Everything collected through this site is information a visitor types in voluntarily — into the on-site chat concierge or a form. That can include a name, an email address, details about a business, an optional phone number, and the transcript of the chat conversation itself. If a visitor doesn’t type it, Etzira doesn’t have it.
Phone numbers — consent first
The chat only asks for a phone number alongside an explicit disclosure: that Etzira may call or text (including automated texts), that message and data rates may apply, that sharing a number is never a condition of doing business with Etzira, and that replying STOP opts out instantly. If a visitor declines, the number is discarded — it is not kept “just in case.” When a visitor does consent, the exact consent text shown and a timestamp are recorded alongside the number.
How the information is used
Three things: responding to the inquiry, scheduling conversations, and providing services a client has engaged Etzira for. That’s the list. Etzira does not sell personal data, does not run ad networks on this site, and does not use third-party advertising trackers.
Where the data lives
Inquiries land in Etzira’s own CRM — a Postgres database hosted on Neon. Transactional email (confirmations, replies) is sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose privacy-friendly analytics are used to count visits without cross-site tracking cookies. When a visitor books a call, scheduling runs through Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling. Each of these providers processes data only to deliver its service.
What Etzira never asks for
Etzira never requests sensitive data through this site — no Social Security numbers, no card numbers. The chat concierge is explicitly instructed never to ask for them. If a conversation ever seems to be heading that way, something is wrong — please email the address below.
